1. Purchase a new computer that has Windows 7 already installed 
2. Purchase a new operating system (i.e. Windows 7) at a box store such as Walmart

Prices today computers have dropped considerably - Most times it would be financially better to purchase a new computer, not always, depending on what you're wanting in a computer.

Also let it be completely understood. I DO NOT supply any Windows Operating System!! You MUST go to your local department store and purchase the operating system and I'll be more than happy to do the install. Sure you could do it yourself, if you feel comfortable with doing it, but why not let me take the ordeal of spending at least 2+ hours sitting looking at a computer screen waiting for ALL OF THE UPDATES to complete? I CAN DO THAT FOR YOU!!
