I will no longer repair computers with Windows XP or Windows Vista without you, the customer being able to supply the original restore disk. Microsoft no longer supports these operating systems, and I too no longer will after today. If you want to upgrade to Windows 7, and you supply the original operating system, I will be more than happy to do the install at my regular price of $59.95.

Due to the unfortunate actions of others, DB Computer Solution is now forced to request $30.00 when your computer is dropped off. This $30.00 is non-refundable, and is a diagnosis fee. The remainder of the payment is to be paid when services are completed.

Any computer left over 30 days will become the property of DB Computer Solution and sold to the public for the repair cost.

I hate having to do this, however I've been "burned" too many times and need to cover my expenses.
